Yes, you can stay in control of how to sell your most personal and prized possession...your home or property!!  In days gone by, the standard for selling a  home was to dial your local, knowledgeable and personable Realtor and have them put your listing in the Regional MLS.  Coupled with that, the Realtor would advertise, do Open Houses, put up signage, show the home and collect a 5-10% commission when it sold.  And for those sellers who don't mind to pay the commission and be "hands off" that 's still a great way to go!  Sellers Choices will do a full service discount commission and you can still save your hard earned dollars!
