Can I sell my home myself and not pay a commission? Yes, you reserve the right to sell your home and pay 0% commission!

Will other agents show my home? Yes.  The buyer's agent still makes a 3% commission and as a buyer's agent it is their duty to put the buyers needs first!!!

Can I use your signs and lockbox? Yes.  You may at no charge use SELLERS CHOICES lockbox and signage.

Can I get out my listing contract if I want to? Yes.  There is no refund on your unused time but you may for any reason withdraw your listing at any time.

Do I have to stay home and be available for showings? No.  I arrange all of the showings for you per your instuctions.
