The industry is changing and many sellers feel it's for the better!  The dawn of internet information coupled with the seller's being more savvy than ever before has caused the real estate industry to take another look at what is customer service and what the seller is saying that want to have for service when selling their most prized possession and largest investment....their home!  We are listening and you've said that you want to have control in your home is marketed, how much service you need and how much you choose to pay for those services! Now you can have the advantage of Realtor support, select the services you want, sell your home yourself and pay no commission after it's listed....well, you can see, things are changing! No longer is a seller forced to decide to go it alone as a "for sale by owner" or pay full commission in order to have consultation and MLS access! Now there's other choices the seller can make.  MLS Flat Fee listings is serving Haywood County, NC and surrounding areas by offering the seller a flat fee service and menu type add on services IF the seller CHOOSES them.  You, as the seller, can have the MLS working for you, leave the showing appointments to Sellers Choices, and have many of the full services you're accustomed to at half the price!  Who can benefit? Sellers with little equity, developers, investors, civic and religious organizations, the seller who wants to have the opportunity to sell themselves but not have to pay a commission, the seller who wants flexibility, the out of state homeowner or anyone who simply wants to save some commission! Don't want to fuss with any part of the transaction?  Then Discount Commission is for you!  You can have full service and still pay less!  Don't list your home until we talk!  You'll be glad we did!
