Can I use your signs and lockbox? Yes.  You may at no charge use Sellers Choices lockbox and signage.

Can I get out my listing contract if I want to? Yes.  There is no refund on your unused time but you may for any reason withdraw your listing at any time.

Do I have to stay home and be available for showings? No.  I arrange all of the showings for you per your instuctions.
